Booking Policy

This Booking Policy explains how appointments at Kim Spa Massage are requested, confirmed, changed and completed.
1. Making a booking
You may request an appointment through our website form, telephone, WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk or in person. A submitted request is not confirmed until a member of our team replies with the service, date and start time.
2. Information required
Please provide an accurate name, contact number, preferred treatment, appointment time and any relevant requests. Tell our staff before treatment about pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery, injuries, skin conditions, high blood pressure or any other condition that may affect massage.
3. Arrival and late attendance
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we may shorten the treatment so the next guest is not delayed. The original service price may still apply.
4. Changes and cancellations
Please contact us at least 4 hours before the appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may require a deposit before a new booking is accepted.
5. Deposits and group bookings
A deposit may be requested for group bookings, long treatments or peak periods. The amount and applicable cancellation conditions will be clearly confirmed before payment.
6. Treatment suitability
Massage services are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Our staff may decline or stop a treatment when it may be unsafe, when relevant health information has not been provided, or when a guest behaves inappropriately.
7. Minors
Guests under 18 must have consent and appropriate supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
