Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to massage services, treatment packages, deposits, vouchers and promotions supplied by Kim Spa Massage.

1. Prices and currency

Prices are stated in Vietnamese đồng (VND) unless we confirm otherwise. The current price shown at the spa or confirmed by our staff before treatment applies. Promotional offers may have separate validity dates and conditions.

2. Accepted payment methods

Payment may be made in cash or by another method confirmed by our staff, such as bank transfer or an available card/electronic payment method. Please confirm the accepted method before your appointment if you have a preference.

3. When payment is due

Payment is normally due after the service. Deposits for group bookings, long treatments or peak periods must be paid by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Deposits

A deposit is credited toward the final bill. If a booking is cancelled or changed within the permitted notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a replacement appointment. A deposit may be retained for a late cancellation or non-attendance when this condition was disclosed before payment.

5. Service concerns and refunds

Please tell the therapist or reception team immediately if you are uncomfortable or dissatisfied so we can adjust or stop the treatment. Completed services are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Kim Spa Massage agrees that the service was not delivered as confirmed.

6. Vouchers, packages and promotions

Vouchers and prepaid packages are subject to the validity period, eligible services and other conditions supplied at purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

7. Receipts and billing errors

Please check your bill before leaving. Contact us promptly if you believe an amount is incorrect. We will review payment records and correct confirmed errors.
